Fuuse and Drax Electric Vehicles have been appointed to support the migration of almost 1,000 former BP Pulse fleet charging customers in the UK, covering more than 14,000 charging sockets.

Fuuse will lead the migration to its charging management platform, while Drax Electric Vehicles will provide nationwide maintenance and service support, including continuing existing hardware warranties. The partners aim to help fleets retain their existing charging infrastructure without costly replacement programs.

BP Pulse announced its withdrawal from the workplace charging market in July 2025, choosing to focus on charging centers and its fast charging network. As of May 2026, the company was still looking for a migration partner after some fleet operators criticized the lack of support following the exit from the market.

The appointment follows more than a year of collaboration, hardware testing and platform development between BP’s electric vehicle charging business and Fuuse to help ensure a smooth transition and maintain operational continuity.

“We are excited to welcome bp’s pulse fleet ‘depot’ freight customers to the Fuuse platform. Being selected as an exclusive migration partner is a great endorsement for both our platform and our people,” said James Chapman, director of strategic sales at Fuuse.

“By leveraging our existing partnership with Drax Electric Vehicles, we are proud to be able to offer best-in-class hardware maintenance support, while honoring existing hardware warranties. It’s about more than just software. It’s about protecting the customer’s investment, maintaining operational continuity, and making what might seem like a disruptive change incredibly simple,” he added.

Adam Hall, director of energy services at Drax Electric Vehicles, said: “Our priority is to ensure that bp’s long-standing pulse fleet ‘depot’ charging customers can move forward with confidence. With nationwide field service capability and the continuity of existing hardware warranty support, we can help ensure charging infrastructure remains maintained, supported and fully operational. That means less disruption, less downtime and greater confidence for fleets who rely on their vehicles every day.”

Affected customers can register for the migration with a link in the notification email sent by BP Pulse. The Fuuse onboarding team will then validate your infrastructure requirements, confirm service agreements, and guide you through the process.
