An alcoholic motorcyclist was seriously injured in a collision with a tree in Lünne (Emsland district). An ambulance took the 64-year-old to a hospital on Wednesday evening, according to an employee police announced. A breath alcohol test showed the man had a blood alcohol level of 1.56 per mille. According to the police, he drove his motorcycle off the left side of the road in a right-hand bend and collided with a tree.
