Two motorcyclists were seriously injured in an accident on federal highway 294 near Freudenstadt in the afternoon. The accident occurred according to the policebecause a previously unknown driver had overtaken a cyclist. According to the information, a car in the oncoming lane then had to make an emergency stop, a motorcyclist hit the car and another fell.

The two seriously injured people were taken to a hospital, it was said. There was damage of 40,000 euros. The police are now looking for the driver of the overtaking car.
