A 41-year-old cyclist died in a rear-end collision in the Esslingen district. According to police information, he was traveling with a 74-year-old cyclist between Kirchheim unter Teck and Notzingen that night. For reasons that are still unclear, one of the men hit the other man’s bike with his bike. Both then fell onto the street.

The 41-year-old injured his head and died a short time later, a police spokesman said. An expert should now help clarify what happened. Further details were initially not available.
