United Nations World Food Program: “We expect many more people to go hungry”

In 2020, the United Nations World Food Program (WFP) was honored with the Nobel Peace Prize. Just six years later, its budget has shrunk by more than 40 percent – and at the same time the number of people at risk of hunger worldwide has tripled to more than 300 million.
