Grünwald – An attentive neighbor surprised two suspected burglars in Grünwald on Saturday evening. At around 6 p.m. he noticed the men leaving a property with backpacks and fleeing on foot. He alerted the police. According to previous findings, the perpetrators forced their way into a semi-detached house while the residents were away, searched the rooms and stole cash and valuables worth 9,000 euros. An immediate search with several patrols has so far been unsuccessful. The Munich criminal police secured traces on site, and Commissariat 53 is investigating. The two perpetrators are described as around 30 to 40 years old, of South American appearance, and dressed in dark clothing. One had a beard, the other a baseball cap.
